Hotrod, That peace and quiet is exactly what I was looking for when I acquired my land. My mental sanity has been crippled after a life in the city. Taking my marbles and finding another game. And you are right about your food being right out the back door. I am constantly surprised when I am walking with an experienced person and they are pointing out all of the food and medicine on the land. Wish I had gone there sooner. Years sooner.
