I was testing and it had continuity, I would expect the resistance of the system to change with position of the float just out of the box but I will check it out, I get F reading with the gauge installed at all times wheh ignition is on. I could check the wires, the ground to the tank is fine but I will check the gauge to sending unit wire for further diagnostics.
