Bought 'em and spent about 12 hours cleaning those 'yellow walls' up. Mounted them over the weekend and I'm pretty happy with the look. I'm running the '46 caps. I can always change back to the original black steelies and black walls should the mood strike.  Wide whites

You haven't heard about Whitley's whitewall cleaner in a spray bottle @ wally world???? Use it for soooo much (even cleans up those white tennis shoes).

The tires had been improperly stored whitewall to blackwall and were filthy. Westleys is about the best product out there no doubt, and I use it frequently, but these things were beyond Westleys. This might give some indication as to how bad they were. I was cleaning all the 'flat surfaces' before working around the lettering which is where most of the time was spent. Cleaning in process.
