Man I have wanted an old truck for as long as I can remember. Well 2 weeks ago I was at the Tractor Supply store here in NJ and this beauty of a 46 came rolling in the parking lot. So I waited until the owner went in the store and then proceeded over to take a closer look. As it turns out he had a for sale sign on it!so back into the store I went and got to talkin to the guy and it turns out he was in the midst of a rather dirty divorce and had to sell his pride and joy! Well 3 days and $8500 later it now sits in my driveway. Here some pics I hope this works

Welcome to the Stovebolt. That looks like a nice truck. You have probably saved yourself a lot of money in the long run!! I love the stance of it.
YOu didn't say what engine is in it but I'll bet its not stock smile

I think you did good.

Sorry guys I forgot to mention the details. Truck has a 350 with a 350 automatic tranny. The one crazy thing about the truck is if you closely at this pic you will see a large patch plat on the rear of the cab. I talked to the guy that I bought the truck off of and he said he has no idea why the patch was put there by the orginal owner.
He removed the seat and showed me the back of the cab from the inside. The orginal metal is still there and shows absolutely no rust or dings from the inside. The only thing we can think of is that there is a treasure map painted on the backside of the cab. Iguess I'll find out when it comes time to repair and paint it. Look close at this pic and you will see the patch on the back of the cab.

Mopar means a Chrysler product--as in Dodge or Plymouth.
