I wanted to make sure it still went foward, backward and stopped before I took it to the upholstery shop today. Fortunately he is not busy right now and he said it would be finished by the end of the week. A few minor thing to finish up and It will be done  I can't wait. It's been a long haul but It's lookin good. I've emailed a couple of photos to 46 in progress so you can see what I've been up to. It's not quite done but all that's left is the small stuff. There's always something else to do on these things.
It's been alot of work, but it's also been a great journey. There's nothing like learning new things. I knew nothing about restoring a truck before I bought my 46, 4 years ago and now with the help of all the sotvebolters here I've done it. It's going to be a great feeling when I get it out on the road and take to my first show.
