Moff, the biggest problem I had with the windshield was water bubbling between the glass and frame, I also had some come in at the divider bar. I bought some of that expensive windshield sealer and Sealed all around the frame and divider. It takes it awhile to fully cure but once it had I trimmed off the excess. It comes in a caulk gun size and I think it was 3M windshield weld 08609. It is messy but it worked and I like my crank out windshield a lot of air comes through there. BTW awesome job on the 40!
