I'm having a battery/electrical issue. I bought a new 6 volt battery fully charged and it started right up and showed charging while it was running. Now if I test the battery with the key off, I get 5.2 volts and with the key on 2.5 volts. Where is the current going? It doesn't' have enough power to start the vehicle. Dead short??
