No, that was tongue-in-cheek. It's hard to to get 13 volts out of a 12v battery while it's turning the motor over and the alt hasn't started to charge yet. What I am asking is

The question is not about when it starts with the key or about when you stick a screw driver in it.
The question is, what is the voltage at the dist in the no start condition when you turn the key to start.
