I do try to find info from a variety of sources. My internet is dialup due to where I live and there are no local schools that have shop courses. My income is limited and I cannot buy every book out there. If you know of a good one, I will check it out.
I do not know what kind of alterations may have been made to the electrical system. My f-in-law said it worked when he parked it but he never could start it again. Then he had a stroke and the truck sat for years.
I have a new battery, coil, distributor cap, rotor, points and condensor and no spark. I will see what I can find out.
