I'm sorry, I'm still trying to figure this out. Once I disconnect the wire, do I put one lead on the now open end of the wire and the other connector to ground?
I'll try this once it gets light here. I work in my driveway so I'm stuck to daylight hours.
BTW, is there a good book on auto electronics? One that would apply to these older vehicles with simpler electronics. I know there are books out there but I'm not sure which would be best for an electrical novice.
