We recommend that you mark the pushrod, leave the valve cover loose, and when the engine starts, remove the valve cover and verify that all the pushrods are rotating and just as importantly they' re all rotating at about the same speed. Break in oils Shell Rotella T, Delo 400, Mobile Delvac, Pennzoil GT performance racing oil, Joe Gibbs Racing BR, and Brad Penn break-in oil. As for the three diesels oils listed any will do as long as they are not for new API CJ-4 category for late model diesels".
