The spacer below the carb is available from most of the parts vendors listed on the links page. You might want to remove the manifold from the you truck and make sure its not cracked or broken. If you have enough of the stud sticking out you might be able to grip it with a vice grip plier. Make sure you spray it with penetrating oil, if it doesn't want to come loose heat it up with a torch. Also check the linkage to the carb and make sure its not bent up.
