If you are experienced and have the knowledge and tools already, and the engine turns over and happens to be in good enough shape, $200 to $1000 to get it roadworthy and $800 to $1500 if it rolls and tires hold air from the midwest to the coast.
Look for a cheap (not enclosed) transport that may have an opening and you aren't in a hurry. Sometimes if time is not a factor, they may have a truck that doesn't have a full load and will haul it for less money. You have to be available when they call this way, but it can save quite a bit.
If you have to hire it all done, find a truck that is a driver already becasue it won't be cheap at all.
