Welcome Stephen, the 53's are nice all right. The cheapest way to get an old truck is to get one all done up and completed. Many of us get basket cases in various levels of disrepair and put them back together. Occasionally, a truck really is too far gone to resurrect, but it can still be used for parts. For someone who has had experience, it's easier to restore while others have to hire out a lot of the work. I feel you are up to the task, you seem to like a challenge.
