I had a '56 Panel and after retiring and moving back near the grandkids, they all wanted to ride in it. Being that I didn't have a rear seat nor windows, they weren't able to do that.
I sold the Panel and bought this '59 Burb that was a US Army vehicle.

Then I removed the body and mounted it on a '00 GMC Sierra chassis with a 5.3 Vortec engine, transmission and running gear. I've also sold the front fenders and hood replaced it with a '56 sheetmetal. I've been side tracked on other projects but I've resolved to finish it up this winter :p .
