hello fred, shouldn't you be washing the dishes? here's some info on my panel, 1954 3800(1ton)4 speed sm420 with a 4:10 rear(swaped out the 5:14}.i've been told the 235 was a late 1953 block? was used at one time as an emergency vehicle of some sort. there is an exhaust fan on top at the rear just inside of the barn doors . wheel base is 135/137"it has the BAD RIMS,7.50x17 tires and they are 12 ply. i guess that's the reason it rides like a truck,it was used as a billboard at a car wash in dallas in the late eighty's. i have no idea if it's ever been retro are not. the odometer reads 30,000s and the dash looks almost new. if you would like to send some pictures of the panel to peg for her to post, be my guest. i like the one that shows it in front of a single pole sign.
