Hi Brad, If that's the source of your noise then you're in good shape! i'll bet you can get a manifold pretty cheap there. You can get an ugly white putty at the local parts place to chink that up, although it wont last long, it'll quiet it down to see if that's all it is. Even r.t.v. sealant will hold for an hour or two. You can "vee" out the crack and weld it - I've done a few, but you'll have to pull the manifold anyway, so might as well start checking the boneyard.
