I think management has a lot to do with this. People have the impression that management doesn't care. And it's probably a well-deserved opinion. Watch, "The Office" just once and you'll see what I mean. It's supposed to be funny. Unfortunately, I think they hit the nail on the head more often than not.
Does "Dilbert" run in your paper? If not you should look it up online and read some of the strips. Talk about hitting the nail on the head.
