The frame crossmembers are around 7.010 in the parts book. I'm not sure whether it's the third crossmember (it would be on my 1951), but I doubt you'll be able to find one using a part number. I would rely on other Stovebolters and put an ad in the Swap meet section for your needs. I'm sure someone would be able to come up with one for you.
