I would suspect that in "steady state" operation, the amp draw will be less than 60 for the compressor. That number probably is the starting current and should drop considerably when the compressor is steady. Just as a comparison, a 5 ton residential ac system would normally be fused at 60 amps, of course that is not taking into account some type of "3 phase" magic or ac amps vs. dc amps.
