I finished the final assembly on the Muncie. Everything fit together smoothly and functioned as needed. I replaced both of the shift forks prior to fitting the side cover. One of the shift forks had some serious wear on the pin that the shift lever rides on, I thought it best to just replace both.

I still need to do a couple of small things, I want to replace all the external hardware, purely for looks, and clean the case. I have a new polyurethane transmission mount to add as well. Once it all mounted up I will really be able to check the clearance for the brake booster and clutch pedal assembly. The last piece to this will be the drive shaft, I have 2 on hand that should be close to the correct length.
