Yes the harness came with the black wire spliced to the red power wire and they attached to 2 different ignition plugs. I cut off the 2 supplied harness plugs for the ignition harness since I don’t have that type of plug. I put the terminal on the red wire. In the image you can see the red wire on the white plug and black wire was on black plug but spliced together.
