No problem, wiring is scary at first. We are always glad to help a DIY person. Looks like you have quite a collection. Lots of wiring 12V is a good idea. A prewired fuse panel is a must. It's a good time for Alternator. Are you hip to ballast resistor and a new coil, starter side terminal, etc?
Yes, you will need a voltage reducer for an original 6V gas gauge. Don't know why 46 is not included.
