Now about the other idea you said.... cutting my driveshaft down 1". Would this be a safe option? Could I do this myself? Or would this need to be a specialized fabrication? And what do you think a professional would charge for something like that?
Obviously the fabrication would have to be perfectly cut and rewelded so there wouldn't be any wobble. But would there be any other issues of going this route?
