If so, don't worry about the other stuff. This is a general rule of thumb for those who want to make sure the vehicle is in their name before spending hundreds of dollars on something they do not have title to.
Does Mo. have a mandatory yearly vehicle inspection?
Does Mo. grandfather your vehicle in because it did not come factory with belts?
State by state, as Tim mentioned, are different but I've never heard of any of those laws applying to get title of ownership....but I could be wrong? | | |
