I think you're confusing "titling" and "tagging". A title says what it is and that it's yours. It's when you register it for a tag that you'll need to decide on an antique or regular tag. If you're currently looking to get a title, how old it is should have no bearing unless you're in a state that doesn't require a title for certain age vehicles. I have an 80 year old car and the title is identical in appearance and content (other than brand name and numbers) to the title for my 4 year old car.
