2ton46..... To bad you don't have an Auburn chassis or parts car. The engine would work nice in that application also. Lycoming, Auburn and American-LaFrance are similar to Pierce-Arrow and Seagrave. Seagrave bought the engine rights from Pierce-Arrow when they went broke and used the same basic V12 engine up into the early 1960's. Do you know the CID and hp of the American-LaFrance engine? For other projects I also have a Pierce-Arrow V12 and a Seagrave V12 for parts. If you happen to have any additional pictures of your Brownie install, I would sure like to look them over.
