I tried to reach by PM. I looked at the pix on flicker at your awesome project. Can you provide additional information and pictures on the two large mounting pins on the front of the Jag IFS. Did you add a large plate on the existing crossmember? I grabbed a 85 XJ6 IFS last weekend and I am ready to start planning the swap on my 46 1/2 ton. It seems tempting to try the soft mounts but everything I read recommends hard mounting.
I also prefer a manual rack since I have the AC where the generator goes on my I6 235 engine. Do you think I could convert the power rack to manual? Or do I need to create a hybrid of some donor manual center and use Jag outer tie rods?
