I have a pair of Ford saddles that are off a 1941 COE. They are for the 2 1/2" leaf springs though and look like they are pretty much the same measurements as the Ebay link you posted. Wish we were in the same city, it would be easy to see how they fit!

Right now I am looking for 14 bolt saddles (should be close to right arch for axle tube) that are made from plate steel or stamped steel. Easy to cut up and weld back together to make the hole right and the spring width right. I don't mind welding. Shhhh. I'm at work. :-) LOL
