POINT OF ORDER, Mr. President!! POINT OF ORDER!!!!

Harrrrumph! Mr. Sergeant At Arms, I would like to call out the gentleman from Missouri for a gross violation of ODSS procedure. The sheer arrogance of which I find absolutely mind numbing! How DARE he adjust the by laws (with regards to office holding and the duties and authorities of an office holder) without first consulting the ODSS By Laws Committee!!

I am absolutely aghast and nearly apoplectic with indignation at the sheer mendacity of his intentions and complete disregard for our sacred tradition of formality. I'm sure the other members share my umbrage but their sense of courtesy restrains them from so stating.

If I may humbly point out that it is your duty ... your DUTY, Sir to hastily convene a disciplinary board to consider charges. I will, of course, be honored to make myself available (for a nominal wage, naturally) for just such duty at your pleasure, Sir.

A poohbah thus a salaried minion ... it revolts me, but I do it.

Yr Obedient Servant,
J Crosby Milliman
