It seems our Brother from Missouri has not spent his first year of brotherhood doing as instructed, reading the ODSS Constitution and By-laws. These are the very documents that I have been so honorably appointed by this Brotherhood to preserve and protect at all costs.
I have been informed of the accused and his actions and have begun to exercise powers given to the SAA to restore order and bring those whom whether intentionally or not, created great disturbances in the peaceful tranquility of the ODSS.
JCM, as always I hereby secure your services as Prosecuting Council for these preceedings. Further, to show a display of fairness, I also appoint Hambone as Defense Council. Since Hambone as noted above has experienced the harshness of this court I feel he is a great resource for the accused. If the accused wishes to represent himself or appoint other or additional council at his expense, he has the right to do so. May God have mercy on his soul.
For the rashness of these crimes, several mason jars may be required to keep nerves calm and orderly.
