Hey guys, I actually enjoy reading all the comments and I know that the answers are somewhere in the discussions. I use what I can and throw the other in the garbage.
.... However, this is not the greasy spoon, none of you are "newbies" so lets all get over it, learn, evaluate, educate, and move on before some moderator intervenes, OK.
