From what I am reading, the wide band sensor requires feedback from the ECM and the optimal voltage varies between manufacturers. So no way to use a multimeter anyway.
Im sure the Auto Meter one was fully stand alone and would not require any other connections other than dash light, power, ground and a heater power lead. Data log system optional.
