Worked some more on the
fender corner and it's the best I could do with it. I cut a piece of copper pipe in half, lengthwise, and clamped it on the backside of the corner to weld the small (0.25" long) split together. Planished and sanded some more on the weld joint.
Taping off the other fender with the FSP/flexible shape pattern
paper right now. Using some paper I was referred to on another forum; it's paper used to cover and protect flooring during housing construction and I happened to have some. Maybe I can get a decent pattern complete tonight. I wish doing this work was my day job .
