I read through a LOT of the tutorials/documentation MP&C does & there's a lot more I bookmarked for later... outstanding craftsmanship there & a wealth of knowledge. Good thing I'm in to learning is all I can say.

I don't know how to describe it except it is motivating to do the work myself, but it is also a bit 'daunting' at the same time.
