UPDATE!! Ok, I've got my new late '49 headliner installed from Bowtie Bits with a lot of patience and cursing. I'm with Denny and Gus, these reproduction headliners no matter where you get them seem to be cut short on the width. Mine was short on the passenger side front by 3/16" and the rear section was about 1/4" short on the drivers side where the rear most curve around the top door meets with the headliner. I also tried the headliner I purchased from JC and the results were the same. Thanks to Gus (DADS50) for the tip on covering the gaps. Doesn't look to bad, so it worked out as best I could get it. For the ones that popped these headliners in and they fit perfectly in a half hour or less.....I envious!
