Got two of the miss-fits here, one from Classic and one from
JC, both miss cut too small. It appears they're taking the
pattern of one like in mine that has shrunk up over the
past 65 years. And no, I haven't installed them yet, I'd
love to be at that stage because it doesn't look to be
that big of a challenge. There only appears to be a couple
of spots that would present a problem and the ones I've
seen installed, where you didn't have to fight the windlace
appear to work out just fine. Other than being short on
material in some spots.
If you ever run across any documentation to the effect that
they were pre-formed or find a NOS headliner I'd love to see
that as I'm sure a bunch of other's would also.
