My new baby arrived today, all the way from Branson, MO. It's a 53 3600 (I need to get better with photos like you guys). The fella I bought it from is a Texan that buys trucks in Kansas/MO and sells 'em in Texas. I got it as a parts truck for my 48 resto. Any way, guess what winch he had on his car hauler....yep, a 10K HF special. His second, about 4 yrs old and still going strong. He uses it 1-2/wk, and said he pulled the frame apart on a 50 Buick trying to load w/o tires. The remote (wired) was about 25 ft so allowed operator to get out of harms way. Another data point fellas for your decision. Just be careful as John describes, and use good judgment.
