Kenneth, maybe gravity is not as severe up Fredericksburg way as it is down here in Houston. If you hadn't shown us the pic's, we would never believe you got that big boy on the trailer with a hand winch! I can't even pull my partially floating boat up on wet carpets with mine. You must have had some come-alongs or a tractor pushing from behind ? If not that would save me about $475.
