Not only is the crank heavy but so too is the flywheel. Would a lightened flywheel balanced to a lightened crank improve the bottom end? Couple that w/the GMC rod conversion 12 Port mentions, have we improved the bottom end?

I would fall into the cruiser category but with that said, if/when I need to excelerate, I LIKES to excelerate grin

Course as I type this post I'm awaiting word from a machine shop on the serviceablility of an 848 head I turned in. With that said I'm still highly interested in an alternative HiPerf or OEM spec aluminum head no matter the outcome...
