I'm looking for people's blogs to follow along with thier truck restore...

I've only been able to find about 2 for my generation truck! There must be more people out there documenting thier project...

Maybe we can post links here to either your website or the thread on stovebolt that follows along with your build?

Maybe if we get enough we can make it a sticky?

I have an AD 1954. That interest me most, but i don't think we need to limit it to just that....

Just found a link to one bolter's blog in the "what have you done today" thread. Seems like that's becoming a catch all.

Tj, mine's not so much a blog.
Click on my Flickr link, although i'm not sure if any of the pics are relevant to what yours needs.
If it's rust repair,ADs tended to 'go' in the same places regardless of their year of manufacture.

The earlier ones just had a head start!

Just did some rough editing and added some pictures. It's not a literary masterpiece but at least it's readable now…

Thanks!

I prefer Flickr for that reason. Click on the share button, select the size you want, cut and paste the code. Simple as that.

Photobucket seems clunky to me and its real easy to exceed their bandwidth limits when posting to other sites.

Howdy folks.

Hey, looks like I didn't delete this thread after all!

Yay!

No idea why I couldn't find it at the time... anyway, I've merged these two threads... enjoy.

This thread here in General Truck is for listing and linking photo albums, personal websites and blogs about the pre-1973 Chevrolet/GMC truck projects many of you have.

If you have a website, web log(blog) or photo album(or all of the above!) for your pre-1973 Chevrolet/GMC truck or collection of trucks.... please list and link each of the ones you'd like to share, here in this thread so other 'Bolters can check them out.

Thanks a bunch.

My signature also has my website.

(It's actually a part of http://www.sandeace.com which is devoted to a plywood runabout from the late 50s and early 60s.)
