Hi my name is Jeff Bagley, and I'm from Hilltown, PA outside Philadelphia. This truck was acquired by my Dad, Jerry Bagley, around 1974 and restored by him on weekends with a little help from his 5 boys. The restoration was finished around 1977. It was purchased off a farm north of Scranton, PA from (we believe) the original owners family. This would make it a two family truck. Dad left us in 1987 and the truck mostly sat in my garage until 2005, when I decided it was time to honor Dad and his truck with a restoration. Some things were not correct the first time around, so I spent a lot of time reading, looking at pictures, and asking questions. I really wanted the truck to be as close to original as possible, with a few departures from original to honor Dad. These include his own design bolt on rear shock mounts that allow the use of a modern rear shock while not impacting the conversion back to knee action shocks, a really cool original style tailgate that is a much heavier handmade version, and finished bed boards as he liked the look. Anyway it was painted its original Brewster Green color by Kevins Car Shop of Cleona, PA. I have also added some factory accessories like the glove box door with clock and ash tray. I also have collected some nice aftermarket period correct parts like a tropic air heater, windshield deice plate, defrost fan, etc...I will post more pics as I finish up some of the last small details.

Jeff, that's awesome! You did a fantastic job with that. Are your brothers involved with it as well?

Jeff, She's a beauty, a fine example of an original pickup, not many around. There are some '37 experts here that can help you with various issues. Best of luck
Jim

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.

Thanks. I would call 2 of my 4 brothers brothers "car guys", although the oldest Jack has since passed away. Jim the other older brother has my Dad's '32 Ford Model B pickup. we also have a '37 Packard (older restoration) that's in storage.
