A step by step would be nice. My goal is to paint the dash out of the truck with no guages and knobs so I get a nice clean finish. Your help is appreciated.

| | | | | Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 63 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Oct 2007 Posts: 63 | can be done . spot welded across the windscreen opening and at the pillars as well as bolts under the dash at both ends . removed mine to do left right conversion and to fill all the old holes, dash, speakers and glovebox etc. not that big a job just be carefull drilling out the spot welds. dash will need to be reinstalled so I wouldn't paint finish it . repair it put it in primer then reinstall | | |
