Hi, my name is Andy Mashford and I have a 1946 pick up which is what its titled as, but I think in reality its closer to a 41, but who's counting!

I purchased the truck about three months ago, from a gentleman in Lynden WA. an avid hot rodder with a really nice coupe ! He bought the truck in CA and had brought it up with the intention of rodding it.

His plans changed, it came up for sale, and I grabbed it, and am very happy with it.

I don't know any further history on it, other than it has a 54 235 currently in it that needs to be rebuilt, the truck isn't finished, and is somewhat semi-assembled, but will be plugging away at it, as time permits. It was painted years ago and doesn't look too bad as is so I won't be changing that anytime soon, I just plan on driving it, so its not necessary to be perfect.

thank you

Edit June 2023. Earlier we added Andy's truck in the Stovebolt Gallery. Some story there and picture. Now that we can attach a photo in the post, we added it here also.

Enjoy.

Andy's 1946 or 41 ... "what does that matter?" He's enjoying his Stovebolt.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
