I bought a new one, but can't see how the darn thing installs. All i have is a hole in my dash next to ignition. Was hopeing if someone had some pics might help. 63 chevy 230/3speed | | | | | Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 426 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2009 Posts: 426 | p.s.i have the rod/pivot set up and it works correctly. What was the throttle cable used for? Might sound retarded...I understand the choke cable, but was the throttle cable a poor mans cruise control? | | | | | Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 436 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 436 | Throttle cable was used a lot of times if you had a PTO set up on your truck. that way you could run the accessory without having to stay in the cab and press the accelerator.
