A lot depends on what you are going to do with it. If you want a good daily driver the 67-72 work the best. If you want a great collector the 55-59 are cool. Stay away from the 60-62. They have a tortion bar front end & are hard to find parts for & the parts can be expensive.

Look over the trucks and find things about each year you like such as quad head lights or, a pair of singles. Wrap around windshield or, flat. Stepside , Fleetside short or long. The list goes on and on. Once you decide, just shop around. And as bowtietim says " look deep before you leap" Sound Advice Indeed.

You are right. They have more value in the price guide, but the 55-59 are close behind & are my preference.
