As stated above, this forum is trial forum to see if there is interest in having forums for the different truck eras. Restoration help, history anecdotes, stories, whatever -- it's all good in here as long as it relates to the '60-'66 trucks and it isn't advertising (Please post your parts wanted/parts for sale/etc stuff in the Swap Meet!)

My '65 lwb ss ( known as "FRED")is 'in process'....very slowly.....to become my daily driver, finally ALMOST done with all the stuff you don't see (new fuel tank under bed, completely rebuilt diff.(3.08), 5 speed (new clutch & fabricated drive shaft), front power discs, all new ball joints, tie rod ends etc, finally put on the newly painted Rallye wheels, shiny trim rings and center caps and fresh tires.
