Art Deco Restoration video - SheridanYou can also get to it by visiting my web page link below. I hope you enjoy it. I had a lot of fun looking back at some of the photos. Tim ps; it is a large file so it may take a littel bit to load up and start running.

Blue tape is really cheap compared to fixing chips and scratches in new paint. I used several rolls. In a couple areas where I did not have the tape in place, I regret it. Fresh paint is really easy to scratch: especially when you are working by yourself. Thanks for the greatcomments.

I'm 3 years into restoring my '41 1/2 ton, and I hope mine turns out 1/2 as good as yours. The chassis, drive line, and engine are almost done so it looks like I'll have to start body work soon. If she is yours watch out. she may want to find a boy with that truck some day..... Yeah, those are two of "my girls". All three of them (especially the youngest one) really love "daddy's truck". They are all still pretty young but I have them going to shows with me and I hope they grow to appreciate the simple things and style of old classic cars (and trucks). Probably my only regret with the truck is I can't ake them all with me when I go for a cruise. Although that is all the more reason to find the 41-46 suburban and so this all over again. Tim

Can't remember which. I wanted to talk to you but you were surrounded by people. I am in Brodhead and get to Gus's drive in at East Troy occasionally. My Suburban should be on the road this summer and I would like to meet up with the other Cheesehead bolters sometime. Maybe it will happen this summer. BTW great video.

Weeds Hey Weeds, It had to be Beloit Autorama. It was a great day and yes I was constantly surrounded by people asking about the truck. What a great show to have brought the truck to for the first time (especially since it was stored so long in Beloit (not too far from where the show is at). I have watched your threads on your burb and looked at quite a few photos as well and can't wait to see it in person. Let me know if you plan to go to any shows this year. I have most of the regular shows marked but am not sure which ones I will hit. Jusst looking forward to spring. Tim
