It didnt want to go in 3rd. sound like it was grinding gears.wouldnt got in 4th either. it changes gears well sitting still. the clutch releases about 2 inches from the floor before the clutch engages. im 53 and have no memory of changing gears with no syncsinizer. the shifter is in the floor. am i doing somehting wrong, or any sugesstions. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 9,115 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 9,115 | Your clutch pedal should have maybe 3/4" play at the top and be disengaged long before 2" off the floor.
