I want to get it closed to keep the weather out. I tried to roll it up tonight and broke the short metal brace from the regulator to the main braces :o I got the inner cover off and sprayed things with WD-40, you guessed it I dropped the can and I can't reach it Any ideas on how to solve these problems? You start by removing the wing window and all of the weatherstripping. That makes the side glass real loose in the door. Just work the window out and take the regulator assembly out and rework or replace it. Grease all of the rollers up and reassemble,

Yes I would be interested in the regulator. From what I know the doors on the 60-63 pickups and trucks are the same? My regulator splines were all messed up when I bought the truck (vise grips). No inside handle either. This would be on the passenger side door. Let me know how much you need and what shipping would be.

I can send you a regulator. E-mail me directly and we'll set things up. The "special" driver is a clutch-head driver. You can order them through most of these parts suppliers and some people have found them locally at hardware stores, parts houses and the like.
